Welcome to AAN Apps. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile applications and services. By downloading, installing, or using our applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our applications.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

5. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

5.1 Subscription Terms

Some of our applications may offer subscription-based features or in-app purchases. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

• Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, you will be charged the subscription fee after the trial period ends unless you cancel before the trial expires
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment: Your Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play account settings
• No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except as required by law

5.2 Pricing

We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change.

Our applications may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by AAN Apps. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We strongly advise you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you access.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR APPLICATIONS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• That the applications will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• That defects will be corrected
• That the applications or servers are free of viruses or harmful components

Your use of our applications is at your sole risk. AAN Apps does not warrant that the applications will meet your requirements or expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AAN APPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the applications
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the applications
• Any content obtained from the applications
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AAN Apps, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the applications
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any harm caused to a third party through your use of the applications

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our applications immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the applications will immediately cease. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the applications shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of your local arbitration authority.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our applications at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AAN Apps regarding the use of our applications and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
